Warranty
For 1 year from the date of purchase, Nomadic Outdoors will replace, at our discretion, any defective parts at no cost to the customer, excluding shipping. We provide the replacement parts; installation is the customer's responsibility.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from nomadic-outdoors.store or an authorised dealer, and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorised dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claim.
What this warranty covers
The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on The Nomad (rooftop tent) and The Bedouin (bell tent), for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What this warranty does not cover
- UV or ultraviolet damage to fabric or gel coat
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic blemishes from use, including vinyl window discolouration or damage and scratches or dents on the shell
- Damage caused by misuse, accident or abuse
- Damage caused by acts of nature, such as storm, wind or rain damage
- Aesthetic changes that do not affect how the tent works
- Any product that has been repaired or modified by the customer
The Explorer
The Explorer pop-up tent is not covered by this warranty. If your Explorer arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will still put it right, see our Return and Refund Policy and report it within 48 hours of delivery.
How to make a claim
Contact us at info@nomadic-outdoors.store with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect. We will assess your claim and, where it is valid, provide the replacement parts at no cost to you, excluding shipping.
